Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), used in Sculptra, is a dermal filler that stimulates collagen production in the skin. However, this does not mean that every person using Sculptra will require multiple treatments to achieve optimal results, as individual responses to the treatment may vary. How Does it Work?

Sculptra is carefully injected into the deep dermis layer of the skin.
